Below you will find a list of the necessary documents that need to be submitted to perform the ceremony on the island:
A full abridged birth certificate of both parties – these documents should be provided with an Apostille Stamp.
Unmarried persons must present a declaration of marital status not older than 3 months, with an Apostille Stamp.
If divorced, a divorce certificate or a notarized copy of final judgment decree with an Apostille Stamp.
If widow(er), a death certificate with an Apostille Stamp. Persons must be 18 years or older.
Address of both parties.
Names and maiden name of mother.
Date and place of birth of both Parents.
Professions of bride and groom and of parents.
Six witnesses (will provide if necessary).
Copies of valid picture IDs.
An “Apostille Stamp” can be obtained at the Secretary of States office of the various states.

A Tropical Affair
Tropically Basic – USD 1,480.00
Ceremony performed by licensed Minister or Officiate
A non refundable USD 500.00 deposit is required upon reservation.
The remaining 50% is due no later than to 2(two) weeks prior to the date of the ceremony.
A 6 % charge fee will apply if paying by credit/debit card and 5% Government tax.
A written cancellation is required 1(one) month prior to the ceremony date.
If cancellation is made less than one month prior to the ceremony, all monies received will be forfeited.
Policy and Agreement
All prices are listed in USD Dollars. Rates may be subject to change.
Prestige Design Events and all its contractors shall not be held liable for non-compliance cause by acts of God, Failure of transportation, and equipment, or by similar nature, beyond reasonable control.
In the event of travel rescheduling or other unforeseen circumstances, clients agrees to accept costs including but not limited to flower, cake and catering expenses .
A 20% service will be added to additional services, and extras outside of the packages.

I wanted something very affordable & simple, and she was willing to work with me. We really had minimal contact, but I felt I could trust her. Everything went off without a hitch! The minister was very good, and Nadia was there to greet us & had everything planned. We even through a last minute request at her about a laptop at the beach to show a DVD about our 20 years together. I would highly recommend Nadia!
